FAQ
It’s not a problem, All training sessions are pre-recorded and available on demand. If you miss one during the week, you can reschedule it at any time.
The objective is simple : complete your 4 sessions within the week — in a way that fits your roster.
Consistency matters more than perfection.
Each pre-recorded session lasts 10–20 minutes.
Short, focused and easy to fit into your roster, even on duty days.
If you have more time or want to extend the work, sessions can be repeated.
For example, instead of doing 1 x 10 minutes, you can complete 2 x 10 minutes.
The structure is flexible, consistency matters more than duration.
The weekly recovery session is highly recommended but not mandatory.
It is held live to create a shared moment of decompression, and the replay remains available for one week.
You can attend live or watch the replay depending on your schedule.
The live recovery session takes place every Wednesday from 20:00 to 21:15 (CET).
It is a guided mobility and breathwork session designed to support recovery, circulation and nervous system regulation = ViniYoga.
If you cannot attend live due to your roster, the replay will be available for one week, allowing you to complete the session at your convenience.
Live attendance is encouraged, but flexibility remains part of the program.
No specific equipment is required. Ideally, you’ll need : A small exercise mat, Two water bottles (which can be used as light weights), A chair.
The program is designed to be simple, accessible, and easy to integrate into your daily life.
Move to Fly is designed for pilots who already move a little, but struggle with consistency.
It is not a high-intensity program, and it does not require an advanced fitness level.
However, it is also not designed as a complete beginner program for someone who has never moved at all.
The ideal participant is someone who:
• Trains occasionally
• Wants more regularity
• Feels the need for structure
• Wants to build sustainable health habits
The sessions are progressive and adaptable, but a minimum willingness to move consistently is important.
After completing the 12-week foundation, you will have the option to continue inside the Studio Move.
The online studio includes:
• A growing library of on-demand sessions
• Mobility and stretching sessions for pilots who sit for long periods
• Short recovery flows
• Strength and cardio sessions
• Continued access to health-focused guidance
